EyeLevel BQE was born in 2008 as an artist-run project that seeks to offer a forum in the Art and Design fields. Offering an effective documentation of the work we produce, constantly reaching out to find ways of bringing the community closer to the things we see, believe in and do.

The Gowanus Studio Space presents Meditations on the Multiple, an exhibition of work made over the last six months by the GSS 2011 Printshop Residents. Residents have focused on printmaking as not simply the result of an artistic process but an essential part of a multi-disciplinary work.
In keeping with the GSS mission to facilitate production of artwork and encourage cross-disciplinary exchange, the GSS Printmaking Residency brings accomplished artists and dedicated printmakers into a community with fellow GSS studio members with the goal of fostering experimental collaboration along with ensuring the relevance of Printmaking in contemporary art practice.
Opening reception, December 9th, 7pm to 10pm with performances by Jomar Statkun and Michelle Levy.
