EyeLevel BQE was born in 2008 as an artist-run project that seeks to offer a forum in the Art and Design fields. Offering an effective documentation of the work we produce, constantly reaching out to find ways of bringing the community closer to the things we see, believe in and do.

Since it’s first issue, by dedicating our pages to their work, Capricious has helped kickstart the careers of over 120 individual fine art photographers (through the magazine alone). YOU CAN HELP support Capricious’ mission, and you will be emailed a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution. Even a few bucks goes a long way toward keeping Capricious in action! Your fiscal contribution will very directly ensure that we can continue printing high-quality magazines, bring in outstanding guest editors, and keep shining light on new fine art photography talent. Click HERE to donate.
